Cher is a sweet, calm girl who is looking for a quiet home where she can lay on soft cushions, go for easy strolls through the neighborhood. She has been through some rough times, abandoned in a shelter in Alabama when she was 2, adopted by a wonderful woman who has loved her dearly but must now find a new home for her because of medical reasons.<\/p>\n
Cher has epilepsy which is being controlled through medication and diet. Her current owner was recently admitted to the hospital and may be going into care. Her dogs are still in the home, with a family member going over to care for them, but it is not a good situation considering Cher’s medical needs.<\/p>\n
We are hoping to find a loving permanent foster home for her. Someone who can be by her side, love her and pamper her as she deserves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
If you are interested in adopting Cher, please complete our pre-adoption application. We will require two personal references and a vet reference. We also do home checks and a meet and greet prior to adoption. Adoption fees are waived and we will work with the new family to cover her ongoing vet care and costs.
